testing gear page for Runner's World Magazine

Hearst

During my time at Hearst I worked for Runner’s World, Bicycling, and Popular Mechanics. A large part of my job was designing the back bone of the magazines such as the Table of Contents, The Test Zone, Editor’s Choice, a Masthead that would showcase one employee each issue, and a handful of other sections. It was always a great challenge having to rearrange large amounts of copy, leveraging layouts with heirarchy, and exploring each brands 3 different typefaces to creatively come up with something new each issue.

I also worked on onboarding Feature Spreads to run digitally, social media projects, and anything else that needed an extra hand.
